The GUBA Foundation is thrilled to share the success of our recent autism awareness talk held on Wednesday, 11th September 2024, at Osu Government Hospital(Maternity). This event, part of our ongoing “Autism: I Am Not a Stigma” program generously supported by the KGL Foundation, provided a valuable opportunity to educate nursing mothers and pregnant women about the critical issue of autism destigmatization.
During the talk, our team addressed the importance of understanding and acceptance for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Equipping nursing mothers and pregnant women with this knowledge is essential for creating a more inclusive environment and ensuring all individuals with autism receive the support they need.
We are grateful to the KGL Foundation for their continued support of our autism awareness initiatives. Their partnership allows us to reach a wider audience and make a significant impact on the lives of those affected by ASD.
